Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NoFaff mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service (including by creating an account or importing content), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: These Terms are “Terms of Service” for NoFaff. If you are using NoFaff on iOS, Apple also provides the standard Terms of Use (EULA) for App Store apps, which applies to your use of the app and any auto-renewable subscriptions. 1) The Service

NoFaff helps you organise messages and documents (such as school communications, appointments, and other time-sensitive information) into actions, reminders, and calendar events.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access.
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
NoFaff is intended for adults/parents/guardians.

3) User content

You may provide content to the Service by importing/forwarding emails, uploading documents, sharing items via iOS Share, or entering information manually (“User Content”).

You retain your rights to your User Content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the User Content to the Service for your personal use (for example, content you lawfully receive from schools, organisations, or contacts).
You grant us a limited licence to process your User Content solely to provide and maintain the Service (including extracting dates, generating summaries, and creating actions/events).

4) AI processing

The Service may use automated systems, including AI models, to analyse User Content and produce structured outputs (such as actions, events, deadlines, and summaries). Outputs may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them (for example, confirming dates, times, locations, and payment deadlines).

5) Subscriptions, free trials, billing and cancellations

NoFaff may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, monthly or annual plans). If a free trial is offered, it is an introductory offer on the paid subscription (where available). Purchases, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple via the App Store.

Prices, free trial availability, and duration may vary by region and are shown in Apple’s purchase flow.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Manage Subscriptions).
If you cancel during a free trial, access typically continues until the end of the trial period.

6) Data retention and deletion

NoFaff separates structured outputs (actions/events/summaries) from raw/original content.

A. Structured outputs

Actions, calendar events, summaries, extracted key details, and related metadata do not expire automatically and remain available until you delete them or delete your account. This ensures tasks/events scheduled far in the future do not disappear.

B. Raw/original content

Raw/original content (such as imported email bodies, document text, and attachments) may be retained for up to 90 days to support processing and review.
After that period, raw/original content is scrubbed/redacted from our systems. The record that an item existed may remain (including structured outputs), but the raw/original content is removed.

C. Deleting your data

You can delete local data stored on your device from within the App. If cloud sync/restore is enabled, structured items may reappear after the next sync/restore.
You can delete your account in-app. This permanently deletes your account and cloud-stored data associated with it, and also clears local data on the device.

7) Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
Fair use and service limits: The Service is intended for normal personal use. You must not use the Service in a way that creates an unreasonable load on our systems or materially degrades the Service for others (for example, through bulk or automated submissions, unusually high-frequency forwarding/imports, repeated re-processing, scraping, or other abusive patterns).
We may apply reasonable technical measures to protect the Service, including queueing, rate-limiting, restricting file sizes/types, refusing processing of some items, or temporarily suspending access.
Where practical, we will try to notify you and help you resolve the issue. We may take these actions without liability to the extent permitted by law.

8) Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. NoFaff is a productivity tool and does not provide professional advice.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOFAFF APP LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
